We deliver programmes and interventions to bridge the gap between potential talent and future leaders from various communities to current decision-makers.
We believe to improve inclusivity and representation of leaders we need to focus on developing the individual, changing mindsets within the existing systems/organisations in place and empowering communities.
We work with a wide range of organisations that are serious about making a change to the status quo.
Our #GameJoy series is designed for folks to connect or reconnect with gaming as a mental health and wellbeing tool. The events are for groups that want to reclaim their joy and discover opportunities within gaming!
We run #GameJoy events for communities of adult gamers from underrepresented groups and corporate team building or wellbeing initiatives.
