The world needs better leaders and I’m on a mission to support folks in realise their potential to be the better leaders we all need.
I was able to recently realise my potential of combining my passion for leadership and gaming in an innovative way. There is lots of work to do in making the space more inclusive and representative of marginalized communities.

I am a confident and capable speaker and panellist, I get particularly excited speaking about leadership, gaming, inclusivity and making room for joy. Some of my speaking and hosting engagements have included BAFTA Games, Esports Insider, MAIA Group, UKie, The British Council, West Midlands Combined Authority, SEGA Europe and I was a panellist at the Women of the World Festival and Freira Preta in Brazil. I lead with curiosity to seek understanding and clarity, my questioning manner is not to undermine you but to unpack the thinking to deepen my understanding and perharps yours.
I want to add value to anything I am part of. Time is the most expensive currency, I do not plan on wasting mine nor anyone else’s. I will work with those that want to work with me. Though we have serious work to do please understand we will and must have time for humour.
My experience is not that based on multiple academic qualifications but on the lived experience and training I have collected along the way. I read people and I read them well, I match or mirror what I need to. My delivery is more bespoke to what your needs are.

I have over 15 years of facilitation experience with 1-2-1 and large groups of varying abilities ages and interest levels. My practice is informed by a person centred passion for leading with an inclusive intersectional mindset whilst centring joy. I work best with aspiring and emerging leaders to support them developing a range of skills and leadership qualities on their journey including building confidence, overcoming imposter syndrome, effectively networking and strategic inclusive practices.
